Cancellation Policy
1) If a menu has been agreed
a. For cancellation more than 7 days prior to the reserved time, no cancellation fee is payable.
b. For cancellation 7 to 3 days prior to the reserved time, 50% of the reserved value is charged.
c. For cancellation 3 to 1 day prior to the reserved time, 75% of the reserved value is charged.
d. For cancellation within 24 hours of the reserved time, 100% of the reserved value is charged.
2) If no menu has been agreed
a. For cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the reserved time, no cancellation fee is payable.
b. For cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the reserved time, 50% of the reservation value is charged, based on a menu price of € 20.00 per person.
3) Lower turnout than the reserved number
If the number of arriving persons is lower than the reserved number, the last known number of persons communicated at least 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged.
